Accounting Support Specialist

What You'll Do

Order & Accounting Support

• Accurately process high volumes of purchase orders within the ERP system
• Review incoming orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Validate pricing, quantities, and customer information while maintaining data integrity
• Support the order-to-cash process through timely and accurate data entry

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Sales teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing
• Communicate professionally and proactively to address and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency across departments

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and booking of export orders as needed
• Provide backup support for Customer Service team members, including:
• Managing shared inboxes
• Entering customer orders
• Assisting with issue resolution during team absences
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency

As an Accounting Support Specialist, you'll review incoming purchase orders, enter them into the ERP system (IFS), verify information for accuracy, and work with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
