Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our Council Bluffs, IA location. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee our manufacturing extrusion processes and ensure efficiency and quality output.

Production Supervisor duties include:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities
• Monitor and improve extrusion production processes
• Train and develop production team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage inventory and production schedules

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of extrusion operation
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards
