SharePoint Admin/Developer - 5+ years Terms: Contract - Long Term (No sponsorship provided) Location: Hybrid - West Des Moines, IA Primary Responsibilities include: SharePoint Support (L1 & L2): Provide tiered support for SharePoint-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction Administration & Content Management: Manage permissions, create and maintain sites, and oversee content organization Governance & Migration: Implement best practices for SharePoint governance and lead migration efforts to SharePoint Online PowerShell Scripting: Automate tasks, enhance existing scripts, and troubleshoot issues using PowerShell SPFX Development: Build and maintain custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFX) PowerAutomate Integration: Design and deploy automated workflows to streamline business processes SharePoint Online Expertise: Leverage SharePoint Online capabilities to improve collaboration and productivity User Engagement: Communicate effectively with end users and team members to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions Requirements Proven experience in SharePoint administration and development Strong PowerShell scripting skills (from scratch) Hands-on experience with SPFX and PowerAutomate Familiarity with SharePoint Online and migration processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
