Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our well-established team with 4 physicians and 2 APPs at Texas Health Cleburne.
• Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.
• We promote a caring environment, value each other's well-being, and seamlessly collaborate across hospital departments to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be board-certified/eligible.
• We accept internal and family medicine trained physicians; FM candidates must have 2 years of hospitalist experience.
• ACLS certification is mandatory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 7 days on, 7 days off.
• 2 daytime hospitalists during the day, 7 AM 7 PM, and nights are covered by an APP.
• You will be on call for one week a month, rotating with the other rounder. You do not need to come in while on call; it is a requirement from the medical staff office.

Key Responsibilities:

• We measure outcomes with the AdventHealth Dashboard, developed in collaboration with experts at the Society of Hospital Medicine. O/E metrics are individualized to the patient based on documentation.
• Our program has achieved and sustained GMLOS O/E
• Leaders play a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive working environment, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.

• If you're considering relocation, our team offers a supportive and innovative medical environment, while Cleburne provides an affordable, small-town lifestyle proximate to larger urban centers like Fort Worth (32 miles) and Dallas (50 miles). Mansfield, Arlington, Aledo, and Midlothian are all conveniently located about 30 miles away. Other large cities such as Plano (69 miles) and Weatherford (41 miles) are drivable. Austin is significantly farther away, located 164 miles from Cleburne.

Cleburne-Centered Care:

• Our goal is to provide value to our partner hospital through active committee involvement, ensuring high-quality clinical care in various fields. Committees we're involved with include med exec, sepsis, stroke, chest pain, clinical pertinence, glycemic, readmissions, mortality reviews, pharmacy, and therapeutics.
• Community support initiatives focus on evidence-based healthcare, collaboration with primary care providers, and addressing prevalent challenges such as an aging population and substance abuse.

Rewards and Benefits:

• Compensation: hourly compensation for days (not on call is $1475/shift and when on call, $1725/shift).
