Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of physical therapy.

• Conduct initial patient assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and quality of life
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Valid license to practice physical therapy in Colorado
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $42.50 per hour paid bi-weekly
