Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be assisting clients via phone and email for new orders and existing order status. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Complete daily order entry via ERP for all business partner sales orders received via fax, email and phone.
Answer client questions regarding product specification and capabilities.
Maintain strong product knowledge in order to assist clients in a timely manner.
Research inventory and billing discrepancies.
Handle orders from inception to delivery.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
1+ years of experience in customer service in the manufacturing industry.
Experience managing orders for goods/products from inception to delivery.
Experience using an ERP system to manage orders.
Experience assisting customers via phone and email.
Experience collaborating with supply chain and distribution regarding delivery dates, tracking information, and order activity.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
