The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the development of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring their compliance with global privacy, cyber, AI, and data protection laws. This role is pivotal in the integration of M&A acquisitions, the development of contract structures that address privacy and cybersecurity requirements, and the provision of day-to-day support to cybersecurity business teams. The Senior Counsel will also be responsible for increasing awareness of privacy and cybersecurity issues related to the company's solutions and must be adept at both strategic and tactical thinking to meet the needs of the business while maintaining legal compliance.
