Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,366.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $1,120.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week
Job Overview: We are Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient care at Sage Memorial Hospital. This role supports patients across all age groups in a hospital setting, focusing on rehabilitation needs in acute care.
Requirements
License: Valid State PT License by start date (any state accepted)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical PT experience preferred
Certifications: None required; certifications welcomed but not mandatory
Compliance: Must meet all travel compliance requirements
Background: Government facility - no background hits accepted
