Full Time - Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, developing treatment plans, supervising support staff, and ensuring patient care. Maintain professional interactions and expand facility relationships.

• Evaluate, treat, and document skilled therapy cases per medical necessity.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with Medicare and OSHA training.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, staff, and third-party payors.
• Attend facility meetings and complete required continuing education.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to state practice regulations.

• Strong teamwork, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving in clinical settings.
• Proficiency in documentation, billing, and reporting.

Required Credentials Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. State licensure/registration and CPR certification as required.
