Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician for contract assignment in Indianapolis, IN from December 30, 31. Hours are Monday/Tuesday, 6:00am - 3:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute care and 12+ for primary care and physicals. Clinic participates in HomeMed and has onsite dispensing. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. DOT certification is preferred.
