Weekly Gross Pay: $3150 in which ($47.60/hr. on W2 + $1246 Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend) for 40 Guaranteed Hours

Requirements -
ARRT
Current Utah State licensure
IV certification
Infection Control
BLS - American Heart Association, ACLS - AHA
