What you'll do as: Maintenance Manager

• Coordinating maintenance work and ensure efficient repair schedules are in place
• scheduling and training employees in the maintenance department.
• Repairing production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues

The preferred candidate might:

• Previous experience in maintenance management
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
• Knowledge of motors and motor control methods
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with Equipment Repair, Production Line, Plastic Processing and Forklift
• Required- Basic software familiarity (Excel and Word)
• Okay with Repetitive motions, Lifting occasionally in excess of 50 lbs, Standing for long hours
