must live 100 miles away
• Nevada state nursing license.
• Current NIHSS, ACLS & BLS certificate.
• 2 years full time Med Tele experience in acute care setting.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care. Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures"
