Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care department. This position is open to both experienced NPs and recent or upcoming graduates, including 2025 candidates.

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime schedule - no weekends, no call.
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient education on ostomy care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and utilize evidence-based wound care practices.

Certification Requirements:

• Preferred but not required:
• Board Certification
• DEA License
• Wound Care Certification

State License Requirements:

• Active New York State License.
• Knowledge and experience with wound care preferred but not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $114,430-$123,584 (excludes additional incentives).
