Assignment:

• Shift times: Daily

• Setting: primarily inpatient surgical coverage for ED & referred elective cases
• FTE: 1.0
• Number Providers Needed: 1 FTE open to the use of multiple Surgeons to make a full-time schedule
• Duties: CV Surgical coverage
• Required Procedures: full scope CV Surgery

EMR:

• Clinic Setting: Cerner Mckesson Cardiology
• Hospital Setting: Paragon & CHS Proprietary EMR

• Patients per Day: 10-15
• Support Staff: typical in clinic & hospital resources
• Worksite Resources : typical in clinic & hospital resources
• Reason for Coverage: separation with current employed Surgeon
• Deal Breakers: Malpractice history, board and or license practice restrictions Should have board and license to practice, malpractice Is case by case
