The Client Advocate plays a crucial role on our Personal Lines team, working closely with clients and Account Managers to provide superior customer service. What you'll do:
Be a sponge - obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
Provide clients with industry-leading customer service
Work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done - have a "can-do" attitude
Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs
Learn and master our CRM system - Applied Epic
Communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree with interest in all things Insurance
Ability to be flexible in the Small Business environment
Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
An eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills
Grit and organizational skills to complete detailed tasks
Team player, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
