Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician for family practice opportunity in Dyersburg, TN on November 18, 19, 25, December 6, 23, 30, 31. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and light occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
