Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position in a well-established health system
Team Composition:
- Join a collegial team of 8 physicians, 10 APPs, and 10 audiologists - Includes fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT specialists
Clinical Scope:
- 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient care - Interest in Otology preferred but not mandatory
Call Schedule:
- Weekday call for own patients - Weekend call 1:10 - ER call 1:14

Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified in General ENT
Medical License (MD/DO) in the State of Michigan
DEA Registration in Michigan upon hire
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required by specialty Essential Functions
Provide quality medical services to patients in a cost-effective and appropriate manner
Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients/significant others
Offer input on policies and procedures related to medical practice and quality patient care
Oversee Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other delegated service providers
Document care consistent with regulatory standards
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Participate in ongoing process improvement and clinical pathway development
