We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting 4/7 at a skilled nursing facility in Minnesota. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has an 85% productivity expectation. ASAP Start Date
Monday - Friday, day shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed
Rehab Optima experience preferred
Less than 1 year of experience required
85% productivity expectation
Some Telehealth
CCC required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
