Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for part-time contract assignment starting April 21-July 17 at their Corporate Health clinic in North Clarendon, VT. Provider will see patients ages 6+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday. & Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Opportunity exists for Wednesdays at sister clinic 30 minutes away.
