Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• Mon-Fri Clinic Hours - 8a-5p
• On Call 12-14 days per month for 1st assist C-sections.
• Setting: Clinic and Hospital
• Duties: Clinic - Primary Care - see patients for day to day appts. Coughs, colds, injuries, concerns, annual exams, wllness exams, sports physicals, etc.
  
• Required Procedures: 1st assist C-Section
• EMR: Allscripts, Meditech
• Support Staff: 1 nurse, and float staff.
• Reason for coverage: Provider on maternity leave
