Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

2 Clinics in northern California are seeking a locum, temp to perm and perm advanced practice primary care providers - Santa Rosa and Fort Jones.

Start Date: ASAP with credentialing - Likely July/August start or whenever you can start!
End Date: Ongoing 3 month initial contract
Hourly rate with transportation and housing provided

M-F 8-5
15-20 patients per day
