Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic treatments
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with NYS regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of New York
• Experience in primary care preferred, but new graduates will be considered
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
