Skills required: Acute care, population-based care. General floor care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, high flow therapy, tracheostomy care, chest physiotherapy, airway management and maintenance, etc.
Support on the Unit: CNA (Ratio:), Receptionist/HUC, Charge nurse, Phlebotomy?, IV/VAT Team?, Hospitalist?, Telemetry monitoring tech? Are RNs required to read/measure tele strips?
Orientation (/shifts): Hospital NEO, 40 hours on the unit
Job Requirements
Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP
