Located in the heart of New Ulm, MN, J&R Schugel is now offering miles of opportunities for Class A drivers, featuring a competitive starting pay ranging from $0.57 to $0.65 CPM. Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations.

Driver Perks

Compensation Highlights

• Pay Range: 57 CPM - 65 CPM
• Weekly Pay: $1,140 - $1,600
• $500 Onboarding Bonus
• Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
• Stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance
• Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements

Driver must be employed at the time of payout and in working status. All bonuses are taxed at regular earnings.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver s license
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
• Must have at least 6 months of OTR or Regional CDL A driving experience in the last 3 years
