Client is looking for Oracle DBA developer not pure DBA with investment knowledge, tuning experience.
Job Background/context:
Client Personal Wealth Management application team is responsible for designing, building and enhancing applications used to support Client Private Bank and Personal Wealth Management business.
This role is for a hands-on senior Technical specialist to develop and support mission critical portfolio management & trading applications for the global 24x6 business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with business to understand the business requirements
• Collaborate with peers on leveraging the global data strategy and initiatives for robust, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical direction, with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Knowledge/Experience:
• 7+ years of Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL design and development experience and experience in Brokerage or investment technology preferred. SQL Server experience is plus.
• Experience in Operational Data Store (ODS) and Data Warehouse applications.
• Experience with large scale databases, large volume of data's and performance tuning
• Experience with source code management tools such as SVN, Git/Bit-bucket
