Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. Annual compensation up to $250,000 annually -Sign-on bonus -Additional compensation provided via quality incentives-Student loan repayment through the NHSC and PSLF

JOB DESCRIPTION:-Diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.-Examines patient to determine general physical condition, following standard medical procedures-Orders laboratory and other special diagnostic tests and evaluates data obtained-Determines nature and extent of mental disorder, and formulates treatment programQUALIFICATIONS:-Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a child & adolescent patient panel, with demonstrated training in that specific area-The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with the NY area and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area. -Has an understanding of the FQHC environment and can provide non-discriminatory care to the underserved -BE/BC-NY State licensed
