Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organzing, implementing, evaluating, and directing physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that givern the long-term care facility.
• Represent the facility at and participate in meetings as directed
• Follow all patients on caseload ensuring treatment plans are appropriate, paperwork is complete, discharge dates and plans are accurate.

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements

• Must have a current, unemcumbered PT license in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• COVID19 Vaccination
• CPR, ACLS or BLS Certification
