Pay Range: $22-25 / hour

Job Description:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, and truck inventory. The Warehouse Coordinator will also develop and implement short- and long-term plans in accordance with Ace objectives and strategic plans and is responsible for the warehouse’s success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Responsible for the overall operation of the inbound and outbound functions to include inventory control. The Warehouse Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager in the warehouse’s strategic direction and communicate initiatives to subordinates in an effective manner to achieve the expected levels of execution.

What You’ll Do

· Demonstrate and enforce an environment of safety, good working relationships, quality and productivity.

· Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse operations to include inbound and outbound activities, inventory, data, vendor management and profiling.

· Develop and implement short and long term goals and objectives for all departemnts in accordance with Ace objectives and strategic plans.

· Ensure all best practice procedures are followed in all areas of responsibility.

· Ensure accurate inventory management counts via detailed cycle counting and auditing procedures.

· Demonstrates the ability to create a positive employee relations environment which results in high performing teams.
