About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business & Finance/CFO to oversee the financial operations and business services. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, serving as the Treasurer for the College Foundation, directing the investment program, and ensuring adequate cash flow. This role also involves negotiating and signing contracts, training staff on financial management, and implementing systems of control and risk management. The Vice President will be the primary liaison with outside agencies and will provide strategic oversight for facilities, safety, and risk management. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years' of financial management experience, and a background in non-profit or higher education. Preferred qualifications include CPA licensure and proficiency in a foreign language. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of complex business processes, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to the values of the organization. The Vice President will also be responsible for compliance with various standards and for the strategic business development efforts of the College.
