About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations with a strong background in Lean methodologies to spearhead the development and implementation of Lean strategies. The successful candidate will be a proven leader in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the integration of Lean principles into all business processes. This role requires a Lean thinker who can define and develop the Lean operating business model, set clear KPIs, and monitor the impact of Lean initiatives. The Vice President will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, providing Lean training and mentorship, and ensuring that the organization has the necessary skills to sustain Lean practices. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Operations include leading companywide collaboration on Lean initiatives, enhancing the organization's Lean skills through training, coaching, and development, and influencing change across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in process improvement, training, lead time, quality, and customer service, and will be adept at identifying and driving significant step-change improvements. Additionally, the role involves the implementation of the Lean operating business model in newly acquired companies, making the ability to influence and lead change in a dynamic environment essential.
