Job Title: Training Manager – Curriculum Development (CBUSA)
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 Salary

The Job:â?¯
The Training Manager will lead our curriculum development initiatives. This position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing training content for internal use, aligning these materials with company goals and the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) established by leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and Learning Management System (LMS) oversight. This position is focusing on building and maintaining the company handbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the overall online training experience.
What You Will Do:â?¯
- Curriculum Development & SOP Management: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that meet organizational goals and improve employee performance. Create and maintain engaging, high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and other educational content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with IDP goals and job responsibilities. Continuously evaluate and update training programs to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight: Manage the administration and maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and its users. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and utilization of the LMS and its content. Provide technical support and training to LMS users as needed. Evaluate and implement new features and tools within the LMS to enhance the learning experience. Ensure that the LMS is consistently updated and user-friendly, providing a seamless learning experience.
- Training Content Alignment & Improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to create training content that supports both internal employee development and customer-facing initiatives. Align training materials with Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and role-specific responsibilities defined by leadership. Gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to continuously enhance training programs. Develop and maintain a comprehensive company handbook and standardized materials to ensure consistency across all training initiatives.
- Collaboration & Content Consistency: Work closely with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that training materials are aligned with company goals and brand standards. Ensure training materials support the overall employee development strategy and are practical for use in real-world scenarios. Maintain consistent brand alignment and quality across all training content, focusing on a cohesive training experience.
Who You Are and What You Need:â?¯
- Bachelor’s in education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- 5 + years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field required.
- Proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) required.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools and software is a plus.
