POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and timely performance of client media billing. It also is essential in ensuring customer requirements are met while providing analytical support to the client accounting team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for accurate and timely client media billing
- Maintain and update client billing schedules and profiles as well as the client master file
- Review agency summary report to ensure timely client billing
- Resolve any client billing discrepancies or issues
- Request and review appropriate billing reports for accuracy as well as prepare client billing documentation
- Assist with the media clearance process as it relates to client billing
- Continually review current processes and procedures in order to identify areas of improvement
- Effectively communicate with agency and Shared Services managers and employees
- Develop positive and productive relationships with agency and Shared Services employees
- Assist preparing client audits as requested
- Provide ad-hoc billing reports as requested
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous billing experience preferred
- Previous office experience required
- Must have thorough knowledge of general accounting concepts
- Experience with the media industry a plus
- Multi-tasker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Must be detail-oriented, have superb organizational skills, and have excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
