POSITION
Therapy Support Staff Supervisor, Acute Rehab, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the clinical supervision of the therapy clinical support staff to include completion of performance reviews, staff orientation, mentoring and coaching for the development of staff.
• Responsible for the coordination of therapy support services including provision and/or delegation of services to other Therapy support staff.
• Responsible for coordination of training and development of the therapy support staff.
• Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures.
• Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant active on the Nebraska registry.
• Two years patient care experience required.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Nebraska driverâ??s license and proof of good driving record preferred.
