Position Overview:
As a Tire/Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing tire and oil changes, as well as other basic automotive services. You may also assist in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive servicing, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for auto repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tire and oil changes according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect and replace tires, brakes, and other basic vehicle components
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive servicing
- Strong knowledge of tire and oil change procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- ASE certification is a plus
