About You

You are a person who loves to provide excellent customer service to organizational stakeholders. We need someone who is detail oriented, with a high sense of urgency. In the role of IT Systems/Desktop Support, you will be responsible for completing technical projects from start to finish with assistance from the IT Customer Service Manager or Supervisor.

About The Position

  • Provide excellent customer service to organizational stakeholders.
  • Hardware and software support via in-person, phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
  • Basic end-user account administration.
  • Installation and configuration of workstations and printers.
  • Support of Office 365 product suite, Adobe Applications, and Remote Citrix environment.
  • Works closely with leadership to ensure issue tracking and proper assignment of tasks.
  • Delivers advanced Tier II support to both associates and clients.
  • Basic Software and Systems Administration Support.
  • Provides On-Call support as necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2-year work experience in providing outstanding customer service through technical support of both software and hardware in a professional office environment.
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Windows, Office 365, VPN, Adobe and SAAS applications.
  • Advance hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Remote Support Tools, ITSM ticketing systems
  • Networking background to include basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Detail oriented, with a high sense of urgency.
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology related field is preferred or equivalent years of experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A+ Hardware and Software or Network + certifications are preferred. Any additional technical certifications are a plus (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MOS)
