As our Advanced Learning Partner, you will take the lead in designing, delivering, and enhancing impactful learning programs that ensure our Organ Services Clinical and Surgical Support teams are equipped to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Champion Training Programs: Oversee the Organ and Surgical Services Learning Program, managing new hire onboarding, annual competencies, and career development initiatives.
- Refine & Innovate: Maintain, evaluate, and enhance current learning programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and evolving needs.
- Design Dynamic Content: Create engaging learning materials, workshops, and simulations that accommodate diverse learning styles and drive team success.
- Facilitate Development: Deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and simulation activities, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
- Analyze for Impact: Leverage data to measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with leadership, the Quality team, and Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and drive innovative learning solutions.
- Lead Onboarding Excellence: Manage seamless new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a positive, engaging, and successful start for every team member.
- Support Career Growth: Oversee annual competency programs and career advancement initiatives, providing employees with the tools to grow and succeed.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Expertise in developing and facilitating engaging training content, workshops, and simulations.
- Proven success in analyzing learning needs and using data-driven approaches to measure and improve program impact.
- Strong experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align training with strategic objectives.
- A valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
