Job Description:

If you're ready for an exciting challenge, then the role of Inside Sales Manager at Conductix-Wampfler is your opportunity to shine in a fantastic work environment. 

Your Impact: Reporting directly to the US Sales and Marketing Organization (SMO) Managing Director, you will be pivotal in guiding our inside sales team toward unprecedented success. Your leadership will empower our team to focus on what they do best – solving customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in providing outstanding customer experiences through expertly crafted product quotes and unparalleled service.
  • Be the custodian of our margins, ensuring that we continue to deliver value to our customers while driving profitability.
  • Inspire and educate the team about our products, turning them into product knowledge experts.
  • Innovate and improve our quoting tools, making them more efficient and effective.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, boosting our revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the team in proactive outreach efforts, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. 

Travel to customers or trade shows may also be required on occasion. Total travel is expected to be less than 10%.
