Job Description:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections and tests on our products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any defects or issues and working closely with the production team to resolve them. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality control inspections and tests on products
- Identify and report any defects or issues
- Work closely with the machine shop team to resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product accuracy
- Assist in document drafting for quality control procedures and protocols
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of product quality

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
