We are seeking an experienced and committed Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic and innovative organization. The Human Resources Generalist is part of a team that is responsible for helping to build and lead Project Harmony's cultural initiatives. aligned to our values, strategic plan and mission. The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for administration and execution of human resource programs including but not limited to compliance, compensation analysis, talent mapping, employee journey, HR data analytics, benefits, performance, engagement and maintenance of HRIS/HRMS.
