Baird Holm LLP, a 76-attorney Omaha-based law firm has the immediate need for an ERISA attorney to augment its Employee Benefits Practice.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience providing public and private sector clients with ERISA advice and designing/implementing employee retirement, welfare and executive compensation plans.

Successful candidate will have a track record of excellent client relations, associate mentoring and client development.
